💳 Payment Policy

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway.

  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.).

  • Corporate and bulk orders may request invoice-based payments upon approval.

📦 Order & Delivery Policy

  • Orders should be placed at least 3 hours in advance for same-day celebrations.

  • You can choose specific date/time slots for delivery while booking.

  • Our celebration buddies will reach the location with your selected items and conduct the experience professionally and respectfully.

  • Delivery is currently available in select cities—please check pin code serviceability before placing your order.

🔁 Return & Cancellation Policy

🚫 Returns:

  • Due to the perishable and personalized nature of cakes, flowers, and celebration services, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Orders canceled 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will be eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Orders canceled within 12–24 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time cannot be refunded due to prep and logistic costs.

  • For personalized gifts, once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
